Welcome to The Sacred Grove, a sanctuary for women to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to the quiet truth within.
Here, you are invited to pause, to breathe, and to remember who you truly are, beyond the roles, responsibilities, and rushing.
This is a space of gentle restoration, where the sacred feminine is honoured, and your soul is held with tenderness and grace.
Through Women's Circles, the practices of Yoga Nidra, Divine Feminine remembrance, and Magdalene Priestess teachings, you are guided to reconnect
with your essence, the part of you that is whole, wise, and beautifully alive.
This is more than rest — it’s a return to the sacred.
A soft landing back into your body, your truth, and your heart.
You’ve arrived.
Welcome home to The Sacred Grove. 🌙

My background brings together a mix of therapeutic training, creative expression, and spiritual practice, allowing me to offer a truly holistic approach. I hold a Therapeutic Diploma in Counselling (Person-Centred Approach), a BA in History, and an MA in Creative Writing. I’m a qualified Yoga Nidra teacher and am currently studying to become a Magdalene Priestess — a journey that deepens my connection to the Divine Feminine and the sacred wisdom within. Alongside this, I’ve trained in various healing modalities, including aromatherapy massage and Reiki, which help me bring a nurturing, restorative energy to my work. My intention is to support women in finding clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of self, while embracing the beauty and magic woven into everyday life.

Women have gathered in circles for centuries, coming together in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to share experiences, wisdom and sisterhood. Circles emphasise connection, healing and empowerment, allowing women to reflect on their personal journeys, explore feminine energies and build a sense of community. Rooted in ancient traditions, women's circles can include rituals, journaling, storytelling, meditation, or simply conversations. They provide a nurturing environment for personal growth, deepening self-awareness and fostering a sense of sisterhood amongst participants.
